Embroidered Denim Cargo Design
For my streetwear brand Jenesis M.A.F.I.A, I produced 50 embroidered denim cargos with a manufacturer in China. With that distance, the tech pack had to be complete and precise so the first sample came back right. It did. Once we had it in hand, we made design changes: much more embroidery on the right leg, a switch to shiny black thread, and a slightly larger fit. One updated tech pack was all it took to launch bulk production. The final pieces arrived 1.5 months later exactly as specified, and we kicked off our sales and marketing campaign smoothly.
